well a few days ago it just wouldnt turn on... i pushed the on button many times then disconected and reconected at a different power outlet and still nothing... and my mum is TO BUSY at work and what not to call a guy n fix it so i was wondering if anyone can help me beacuse i hate washing my clothes by hand >.> sucks much

call the customer care line and get a tech out there (could take up to 6 weeks to get the tech out there, you have have to call CC 3-8 times before seeing anyone.
