just recharged my battery up and turned the engine on,when i switched radio on it is asking me for a reset code?

i have been told that it shoud be on my service book but it isnt........Renault dealer wants £20 for code. Is there any other way to get this code and possibly free??

hi i also lost my code but took my log book to the dealership
and got the code for free i live in east kibride near glasgow
the place i went to was called parks possibly there is one near you.
