Worcester 28i RSF Combi Boiler losing water pressure?

The boiler will not hold its water pressure and is venting water through the pressure relief valve to outside, is the fault with the valve or something to do with the expansion tank?.

i have an #6 oil big boiler and i'm losing so much water that i have to feed it up to 6 time a day, i checked all the return pipes and non of then are leaking. can you tell me what to do please?

Ruben George, February 2009
If the pressure is rising to 3 bar THEN falling to zero, you will have a problem with the expansion vessel. If the pressure is simply just falling to zero then you will need a new pressure relief valve.
