how can i check that the fan is dead' iam not so sure it is because hteres a fan switch unit and a fan transformer in the system. any way to test these before i pay out lots of money. this heater is not a modairflow so i cant switch the fan to on all time..

the low voltage side of my transformer is kaput. As a result I have flame and temp control but no fan. Any one know where I can get a replacement coil for it. j25/32

you could link out the fan limit stat unit and if the fan runs thats your problem as regards to the transformer it is a very simple test to do it just get a multi meter and test both sides off the transformer one side should be 230v the other should be 24v
