how can i fix my Sky Remote Rev 4, it was working I replaced the Batterries?

Skybox model Thomson Skydigibox (DV3).
After replacing the batteries of the remote, the remote does not work on the skydigibox.
The remote functions for the Volume/Mute/on-Off for the TV but nothing on the skydigibox.

I had the same problem. Plugged out the power lead, waited a few seconds and plugged it back in. When I turned the box on again the remote worked too.
