how to reset creda storage heater model 79161c?

hello.my creda storage heater model number 79161c has just packed up.i have changed the fuses,but still nothing.i have been told to reset it.can anybody tell me how to do this.thank you lou.

My Creda 79161C storage heater blasts heat out at the wrong times of day/night. Is there any way of resetting it. Plus the control knobs just spin all the way round so how do I tell which setting they are on please?
