concept 6 Intruder alarm not working install 1977?

I have forgotten my password plus haven't used for 4 years after getting a cat but recently had a power cut and all the lights are on the panel now. Cannot do anything to alarm? looking to move so need to get alarm in working order again. Can you help please?
