fix my bt synergy 2150?

hello,i tried to do a HARD RESET on my base unit but all that is showing on the handset is the words NOT SUB can anyone help me with this problem.

Same problem here. Problem with "Searching", tried the hard reset, now stuck with "Not SUB". Did you get an answer to this? Ged
