can anyone help, ive a pvc door i cant get the handle up to lock the door, i have to lift it slightly.

Your door has dropped/setteld. A very simple and quick job to fix if you know how.

you need to remove the side beads and place in packer on the tep corner oppostire the hinge.

Get in touch with your installer or hire someone to do this (10 minute job)

looking at the door from outsie ,look at the top of the door and the door opener they should be level(the same gap all across).sounds like the door has dropped 2 minute job to do
