hoover optima fridge freezer HF41A 001 faulty?

i have a hoover optima fridge freezer Hoover HF41A 001, which seems to be freezing ok but the fridge doesn't seem to be cooling properly, the bulb has been taken out because it made the fridge stop working, this is the frost free, wide american style appliance

We have the exact same fridge. Having it re-gassed solved the problem. We used a guy we found in the local paper, and it cost £20.
