We have two phones in our office and I need to know how to transfer a call between the two handsets. Can anyone please help?

During the incoming call press INT followed by the destination handset number. (Caller is put on hold and the other handset will ring). At the other handset, the user answers by pressing Green phone symbol. Person transferring the call announces the caller and then presses green handset symbol to transfer the call. Hang up.
