it fills up with cold water but doesn't heat the water i fitted a new heater today but again it still doesnt heat the water. wot else can i do to get it to heat the water? it is a cold fill only

how do you know the water isn't heating?.if you are touching the glass on the door to test it isn,t the best way.when the machine goes to drain,drain it into a bucket and test it for heat this way.if no heat and element connections are good you would have to suspect main pcb faulty
