when you push handle doen does your lock disengage the shoot/hook bolts or rollers that are on your door?if so try and force door towards the hinges as you push hanle down and might open,also if you have fully adjstable hinges pop the cover cap off the part of the hinge that is fixed to the door sash and turn the allen key so it moves the door towards hinges if not you will need a double glazing engineer or locksmith to do job as you may need to drill hinges and open door the oposite way then re-hang the door which is a tricky job.hope this helps
