i have a starview dv3 digital box, i went into factory settings & it asked me for a passcode, i put in 0000 and it then took me into a page with different countries (ie English & dutch ect) now when i have come out of it i have seemed to lost all channels,parental control & channel edit are no longer highlighted, can anyone help ?

delet all on box and then reset to settings input your code on menu it will switch to another screen.
switch emu to on
