when you lock the car does the red led flash on the n/s of the dash if not you need to remove the top part of the dash and you will see the alarm control unit ,and in the unit there will be a fuse see if it has blown , also make sure its connected correctly and if it all looks ok , make sure you have your radio code at hand ,then disconnect your battery and leave it for approx 15 mins then reconnect battery ,enter radio code , you might need to reset you eletric windows all depends what type are fitted then lock your car and see if that works ,see how you go.
