MACERATOR PROBLEM?

SHOWER TRAY IS NEARLY FULL BEFORE MACERATOR STARTS WORKING BUT WORKS OK WITH SINK AND WC.

possibly shower tray needs to be raised, is there a fall on the pipe that runs from the shower to the macerator, check that the shower isnt blocked either in the shower trap or pipework.
