If its possible to do this, you'll find some blanking plugs on the opposite side to where the hinges are now, on the fridge unit itself. Pop off these plugs and see if the hole behind has a screw thread there. You should find the same kind of thing on the actual fridge door. It should be simple enough to unscrew the hinges from one side and re fix them on the other I think, but some hinges have to be diagonally swapped over to allow them to fit.
