How can I fix my Hoover Performa 1100?

The drum isn't turning at all. The belt is still in place but the motor doesn't seem to be do anything. Will it be brushes or the motor itself? How hard are they to change?

10 minute job to do

Very easy

Take belt off

Take motor out

Change brushes
