WATER DOES NOT COMPLETELY DRAIN AFTER THE RINSE CYCLE IS COMPLETE?

i'M CONSTANTLY BAILING OUT WATER AFTER EVERY WASH.
i HAVE A 3 CYCLE BOSCH DISHWASHER BUILT IN.
i HATE THIS DISHWASHER!!!
