There is frozen water (ice) in the bottom of the freezer every morning.I can 'chip' it out quite easily. It has been shut down and cleaned as instructed in manual.BUT I AM GOING ON HOLIDAY!! I need a quick fix!!
(It stopped working 20 days after the guarantee ran out.)

seems like it not goning into full defrost as keeps icin up would check that the defrost heater is working and that they is no blockage
