My zanussi zwf1421w does not drain?

don't know where to start my machine does not drain could it be the pump, or belt, or are there other possibilities??

i guess it s your pump, turn your machine on its side, you will see your pump its at the end of your outlet hose, undo screws and clamp onto outlet hose and remove pump, and i bet you,its a coin or a screw, good luck
