sony fx420 tape stuck in camera?

i put in a tape and the camera grabs it and locks it in but will not go down in camera but i cant get out tape. it has lots of kids video that i want to keep. i took out screws and opened the cam but dont see the lever to open access to tape,

Remove the battery, and the only way your going to get this is by removing the door to the camcorder, OR forcefully remove it!
