Setting Up A New Key Fob - LaserLine?

I have recetly got a new car (1995 Mitsubishi Shogun) with a LaserLine immobilising which i am having trouble in getting working, i need to know how to set up a new key fob for it. If anyone knows of any sites that give instructions for this or if anyone has done this themselves please leave a response. Thank you!
