how can i fix my worcester 24i rsf combi boiler?

my combi boiler when hot water is turned on or heating switched on it fires up then the flame dies straight away , if you unplug at the mains ,and plug back in a number of times ,it works correcyly any ideas what is causing this ?

sounds like a problem with 'flame rectification' and the probe may need cleaning or replacing
