I have a Creda Washer model 17064E. I found that the cement block counter weight on the top of the washer drum was loose. Tightened it and the washer quit walking around the room, mostly. but is seems that if the load is not perfectly balanced the machine can accomodate some wobble.
Looking for info about the springs etc.. that help the machine balance.

springs don't help look at the dampers also check that it is emptying out properly
