I have a Hotpoint mistral frost free fridge freezer,with is icing up?

I have a hotpoint mistral frost free fridge freezer, it is icing up in the freezer (top part of the freezer compartment) what can i do to stop it from doing this? the vents are clear and are not blocked. Its never done this before.

check the door seals and that there is no gaps between door and unit wen shut if air getting in it will ice up top part
