My triton Opal Shower Still Has Water Coming Out When Turned Off?

I finished my shower the other day and turned off the shower but the water just kept on coming ! Even with the electric off,etc,the water keeps coming out.Has anyone come across this before,and if so what can I do to fix it ? I was just going to buy a new one but thought I'd try here first.Any help appreciated.
