i have a ford mondeo lx 54 reg the cd player is now asking me for a code

Remove it from the dashboard (using a pair of Extractor Keys ) and quote the SERIAL NUMBER on the casing beginning with M ******.
Alternatively this number is with the car`s paperwork (usually in the Audio Guide)

Then ask a NEW question quoting this M ****** number and someone will calculate it for you.
