Sagem Reciever lost two programs?

At swith on the "new or changed etc." message came up.
Over many re-tune attempts the original programs 1 an 2. (BBC1 and 2) are not included .
This includes having re-set factory settings.
The signal is available and being recieved on another freeview unit

I have very little idea what you question is or what your box is. However as you have mentioned Freeview here is a generic answer.

You probably have an aerial problem. Freeview needs a good strong signal to work properly; although some boxes are more tolerant than others. Check the alignment and connections to your aerial then reboot your set top box (STB) and do a rescan. If that doesn't work and aerial amplifier can often help especially if you are driving more than one set top box/tv from one aerial or you have Multi-tuner STB.
