my dipomat flashes 11 times ?

when you turn it on it goes throgh a short clycle then drains and flashes 11 on on button and shows fa on display can anyone help please

Hi Andy, FA is flood alert. 11 flashes means that the optical water indicator in the flow meter is not sensing the flow.If you order the air break,the flow meter comes with it,much easier repair.

On the left side you have a white disk in the casing,turn anti clockwise and it comes off,this holds the air break to the side.Take off the left outer casing,7 torx screws approx.Beware very sharp edges.Air break is the large white chamber.Gently pull the wite plug to the flow meter sensor(2 wires black or blue)Pull air break upwrds and this comes away from the salt pot.Just put the new one in reverse order make sure you put the black O ring seals on the air break then push down into salt pot.All the best.
