We'd be ever so grateful if anyone has any idea why our Servis M7611 freezer is not working
- no motor sound and no freezing temperature -
yet the lights still work and warning light flashes!
We realise the problem might be the thermostat, but could it be anything else?

the fan in the back of the freezer stops working so you have to defrost it from time to time so much for frost free
