I need information on how to repair a zune that has no response at all

the zune pad is all messed up. when i click the up button on my 4gb zune, it selects, or sticks and scrolls all the way to the top, and then it won't let me use any other buttons besides the back and play button.

well we would need more infomation on what the zune is doing or not doing, but if its not turning on at all, then call up microsoft at 1800microsoft, and tell them you need a new battery and then install new battery, most of the time thats what it is with zune, and if thats not the problem then send it into microsoft and have theme take a look, if you still got a warnty that is.
