T reg Vauxhall zafira?

my timing bely has snapped and caused damge to the valves is it worth repairing and at what cost approx

Just a thought, could you fit a replacement engine from a scrap yard? engines these days seem to last forever if nothing stops it (like a cambelt snapping :-)) That should make it financially feasable. good luck.

Anywhere form £500-1000,depends on damage done and who's doing it.The very least will be belt coolant pump, head gasket set and at least two valves. But I've seen camshafts snaped .and heads destroyed, and pistons with holes in them.the question is ,can u replace the car with a similar one for less than a grand. If the car's not worth much,it not worth spending much on it.
