Turn ignition so electric is on but car does not start. Hold down eject button while doing this. The cd player will spit out the cd

You could try and tease it out with another (old) CD .
Failing that , the player will have to be removed from the dashboard , casing removed and CD recovered. The CD mechanism can then be checked to see if anythings catching
