my battery went flat and after charging it,i couldnt dissarm my alarm with the fob,alarm keeps going off,scorpion,mpt 1340 w.t. lisence exempt. vw golf
You probably just need to resynchronise the alarm with the remote control. Follow this sequence:
1) disconnect the battery
2) switch the ignition on
3) re-connect the battery
4) switch the ignition off
5) press the remote control for 10 seconds
Now the alarm should recognise your remote control.
