My Sansa MP3 player is frozen - screen says connected even when not plugged?

After charging my Sansa MP3 player the screen stays on connected. I cannot use the menu button. Is there a way to reboot/reset it?

Just hold the off button for like 20 seconds then it will work..Same thing happend 2 me

Mine does the same thing. The only way I can fix it, is to remove the battery and then put the battery back in. When you turn on the sansa, then the regular screen is restored.
