The aggitator will not turn but it makes a noise while it's running like everything is working. All other functions on the Washer works fine.

I have the same washer, same problem. I think it's the brake, which keeps engaging automatically. I got a repairman to fix it, but the same problem cropped up again. It might be a fuse or relay somewhere, but I can't find anything on how to fix that.
I know this isn't too helpful, but maybe it will be a little easier for you to fix the problem.
