my unit will not accept code. code is correct. when entered it merely resets itself and asks for code. the display reads code 1 and is not locked. just will not accept correct code. ???????

too many wrong codes means unit is locked .will have to be unlocked by dealer or specialist.no cheap solution

It looks as though the code you are entering is incorrect or you are not entering it correctly.

Ask a NEW question quoting your SERIAL NUMBER to check that you have the correct code.
