I have a 2-year old Easi Logic 1600, and the spin dyer does not drain water away at all when spinning at 1600rpm, but it will drain some away at 800. I think this may be a pressure chamber problem, but I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had the same problem and how they solved it.

check the filter at the front right hand side, and check if it is blocked
