Hi Jordan.
If the scratch is on the blank side of the disk then it is possible to repair it.
If it's on the label side then i'm afraid it's ruined.
The way to check it is to hold it up to the light, looking at the label side and if you can see chinks of light through it then the data on it is lost.
To repair scratches on the blank side you will need to buy a kit or ask someone to buy you one for your Birthday or christmas, which is how I got mine so I don't know how much they cost.
