My treadmill shuts down after 10 seconds so I opened the front of it up and found that a circular part was broken. The best I could describe it is that it's not on the side where the belt is but exactly the opposite side and it is a black circle that goes around the front bar and the error reads E3. When standing on the treadmill it would be on the right side and when on it spins but now that it's broken it won't work.
