how can i fix my boiler?

i have a worcester boiler,my central heatings working fine but my hot water wont work,the flame works during central heating but does not come on when we try 2 use the hot water

without knowing what model i can only say....flow switch, whether it be a paddle, diaphragm etc.

if the boiler does not fire on demand from tap but ch works ok then the boiler has not recognised flow
