The oven on my Cannon cooker does not light although the ignition clicks. Does anyone know what is wrong with it. I have replaced the battery

Check that debris hasnt fallen onto the burner in the oven causing the ign in the oven to fail.You will hear it sparking but this could be to the hob burners.See if the oven will light with a lit taper.If it does then it proves that the oven ignitor or lead is the problem.
