How do I replace the disk drive on my Snapper mower?

The rubber is coming off the disk drive on my snapper rear engine mower. A friend gave me a replacement disk. Could you give me instructions on how to replace it?

Joe,

Stand your mower on end. Place a crescent wrench on the plate near the ground to enable you to actuate the clutch from where you are working. Loosen the 3 nuts( they are carriage bolts, so hold them in with your finger to keep them from turning). After loosening all 3, use your knee to hold the crescent wrench on the ground which will pull the rubber drive disc away from the clutch plate. Just swap wheels and come back out the same way you went in.
