your diverter valve is not working , not switching from hot water to heating u need a replacement wax cartridge or new diverter valve

Could be your pump has jammed or needs replacing. There should be a nut on the front of the pump that can be fiddled around with and may release a recalcitrant impeller. If not- new pump.
