Hi my freelander stereo got knicked?

I brought another one from car boot had the owners reg on it was not knicked i checked online but can not get the code r770(rg594fx4074283)

Allso the source code for the software would be fantastic any linux distro(or if push comes to shove windows) i will see if anyone can port it thanks
