zanussi freezer not working?

hi my zanussi zk87/46ef is not freezing fridge is working
freezer is not. the fans come on and off when open and close door temp buzzer comes on intermittently any help meny thanks for your time.

mine's the reverse - freezer fine fridge not. have you hoovered rubbish out from underneath like they say (and we weren;t)?

we've done this, powered off and back on and lights for warning went out. worth a try
