No Power to Baxi combi boiler?

No Power to Baxi combi boiler, replaced fuse(which was dead) at boiler socket, but still no electricity to combi boiler. any ideas could it boiler circuit?

check for 240volts to live in on pcb if power there then 100% pcb needs replacing. if not email me
