i had the same problem. It was simple. There is a little hole at the back which drains water from the back 'wall'. But it got blocked. Water built up and so it ends up at the bottom of the fridge. Answer is to poke into the hole - i used a curtain wire. It went down about 1 metre and poked out some muck! Problem solved. Cost me 50pence! 1 dollar! Easy!
