My son played on his xbox and he took the game out and noticed the game was scratched around the outside I bought it for £439.99 when new in January 2007
contact microsoft they know about this fault it may be covered by the warranty

this is caused by moving the xbox whilst the disc is spinning inside, it only takes a little jolt and you will have a ring of laser burn, this is a comman fault with all xbox360
